Since 1985…

Business Automation Specialists of Minnesota (BASM) began as a networking company in 1985 (Ketterling, Inc.).

BASM began supporting clients’ accounting and manufacturing software and soon decided that our clients would be better served if we provided the accounting software and the network. Over the next ten years our focus became the software, and the network support decreased. Although our emphasis on network and hardware support has decreased in the ensuing years, we continue to keep up-to-date to facilitate our clients’ needs for a solid network foundation. We have added many products and competencies to provide an “end-to-end” automation solution.

From the BASM Founder,

“We know the business challenges you face, both overseas and across the street. You have to make more for less with higher quality. You have the ideas, people, and tools – but you need to cut out unnecessary steps, map the value in your process, determine your costs and provide your customers with their products on a timely basis. “

Remote support is only available when initiated by BASM staff
