Barbara Hedman

Barbara's responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling training, programming and installations for projects. In addition, she is the triage for all incoming calls at BASM, making sure that all calls are handled properly, entering Help Desk calls into CRM and routing them to the appropriate support person. She also enters the final disposition of CRM issues so that we have a full record of open and closed tasks.

Barb is always attentive to make certain that nothing falls through the cracks. This attention to detail helps our clients get the on-time, on-budget project delivery they have come to expect. In addition, Barb makes sure that every document that passes her desk is clear and accurate in its communication so that there is no question of what is needed.

Barb was with The Pillsbury Company for 27 years as a Research Project Coordinator prior to coming to BASM. She received her formal education at Moorhead Area Vocational Technical Institute and enjoys sewing, gardening, walking and tennis in her off-hours. She also volunteers with several charitable organizations. Barb joined BASM in 2002.
