Business Implementation Specialist

Mark has been supporting Sage PRO ERP since 2001. Prior to that, he was an end user of Sage PRO for 3 years. Mark’s primary responsibility is implementation, training and technical support for Sage PRO ERP and Manufacturing. He has received certifications for Accpac and Sage products and is very adept at using all the capabilities of Sage PRO. He is also very skilled at Excel and has excellent communication skills. His creativity helps our clients get the most from their investment.

Mark is skilled at business process analysis and project documentation. His writing ability enables our clients to easily grasp the documented issue and proposed solution as well as the implementation process. Understanding these processes is critical to the profitability of our clients and the success of their businesses.

Mark has three children and likes to water ski and golf in his spare time. He is also a Bass player in the worship band at his church. He received his formal education in Accounting and Finance at Southwest State University and joined BASM in 2008.
