Melissa Reichenbacher

Project Manager and a Business Implementation Specialist

Melissa's areas of expertise include Sage CRM, Sage PRO ERP and Sage Credit Card Payment Solutions. Melissa lays out the timelines for our implementations, does our project documentation and trains individuals and classes. She has received training certifications from SBT, GoldMine, Sage and Accpac and has attended Sage’s Project Management & Consulting Boot Camps, Dynamite Service Software and Crystal training.

Her natural aptitude in the tech arena stands her in good stead for trouble shooting, learning new software and figuring out the best way to resolve issues. She is very good at working with BASM clients and is a talented writer. She has been the primary trainer and implementer for the Sage product line since 2003.

She is married to Jason and they have three children. She received her formal education at Anoka Ramsey Community College. After some retail experience, she came to work for Business Automation Specialists in 1994.
