I have nothing but good things to say about Business Automation Specialists and its employees. I am pleased to provide you with this reference letter.
The Saint Paul Port Authority is an industrial redevelopment corporation. Since 1932, we have contributed to the East Metro’s growth and prosperity by providing businesses with cleaner land on which to expand, space on the Mississippi River to receive and ship commodities efficiently, loans for real estate and equipment purchases, and job training and career development for workers.
We were quite cautious when we began working with BASM in 2004. We were in the midst of a conversion to Pro 7.2. Our previous Value Added Reseller was unable to successfully move our modifications forward and wanted a lot of money to analyze the situation. BASM was able to successfully move our modifications to Pro 7.3 and fix existing problems in our modifications for less than half of what the prior VAR wanted to just analyze the feasibility.
Our previous VAR hadn’t told us about Software Assurance recently. You explained the benefits of maintaining a current Software Assurance subscription so we receive all the updates and upgrades. Since we didn’t have Software Assurance, we should have had to pay a reinstatement fee. You worked with ACCPAC to get this fee waived.
We have had a great experience working with Business Automation Specialists. I would advise anyone considering your services that it cost us a good deal of time and money choosing the wrong VAR. It is difficult to quantify how much time and money can be saved by choosing the right VAR. Business Automation Specialists is definitely the right VAR for us!
