Belson Company is a full service packaging supplier, offering specialty tapes, polyethylene films, bags, shrink and stretch films, and many other related packaging items and equipment. Acquisition of Brimmer & Teteak added a full Janitorial Supply and Maintenance Equipment line to our product offerings. We are proud to employ a total systems approach to customer satisfaction, with a fourteen person sales force that is supported by a knowledgeable customer service staff.
I began searching for a new Pro Series Value Added Reseller because our VAR was no longer ACCPAC certified. I visited and interviewed 3 VARS in Chicago and 2 VARS in Minneapolis. I met with you and Ryan first, and, as I said in our meeting, you were a tough act to follow. I was reassured by your conservative approach to modifications and confident that your business management perspective would help us to analyze processes and substantiate a need before making gratuitous changes to the system.
We are pleased that we chose your firm to help us with our business system. You have helped us bring our highly modified Pro Series up-to-date. Business Automation Specialists was able to fix or eliminate many of the modifications done by our previous VAR. You redesigned our “Cost Book” program for automated simplicity. We have better quality assurance working with Business Automation Specialists.
